any one know what song that is from?? It's an oldie.. but a goodie :) but alas.. don't know the name..
Well today I am back to reality! yesterday I spent the entire day in Lowe's and Home depot and when I say the entire day, I mean we got there at 9:00 and didn't leave until 5:30. We DID leave around noon to get some Taco Bell ( we had to leave 6 carts full of tile, tubs, toilets, sinks, vanities, etc.. down one of the isles and put our name on it PRAYING that no one would put it all back) But when we finally checked out.. we knew just about everyone's names there that day and they gave us 10% off everything! Both Lowe's and Home Depot! I am a huge bargain shopper and love to get "killer deals", so I sweet talked my way into getting a little discount! LOL Super nice people though! Just a long day.. now if it was an entire day spent at a scrapbooking store.. or the mall....hum..... I am going to walk over to take some pictures of the house today for some updates and post them this weekend!
So now today I am back to working on some projects for BHG. Finishing up a couple of layouts I am doing for an article I am writing. Can't wait! This has been a really fun assignment! love my job...
Onto family. I had to share some pictures of my children from the other day. Noah and Ethan had stripped down to their skivies and I found Ethan giving Noah a ride on his "green machine". Too funny! This is outside my dad's house. They played out there for ever just running through the sprinklers and riding the green machine. I am sure the neighbors appreciated the new folks out riding bikes naked! LOL.. Enjoy your day! :)
Christy, For having 6 children, I cannot belive the number of things you get done! You have it down to a science. How do you handle something like getting 6 Halloween costumes for your children? I love your taste in scrapping and in your kitchen cabinets. I love that Americana look so much. I look forward to reading more of your blog.

Hey Christy. Man, I think my little Boston needs a brother - I can't get him to play alone for more than 5 minutes. Hmmmmmmm, LOL. Sounds like you're crazy busy. We just bought our first house (older home) and did a lot of remodeling work ourselves... my husband doesn't sound as patient as yours though. Have a great day.

Ooh, I know that song! I think it's "Back to Life" by Soul II Soul. From the 90's right?
Congrats on the spree at Home Depot/Lowes!
