Behind the Art Video: March Mixed Media Kit

Hey friends! So as promised.. posting today the project I did using the March mixed media kit!

This kit included almost my entire new product line with Pink Paislee.. my She Art line! Everything except the doodle rubons.. but those were include in our main kit this month.. along with the 12x12 papers. if you weren't able to get either of this kits on subs.. We WILL have them in the store NOW along with all of the products that you can purchase separately! So if you need 10 doodle rubons like me.. you can get them!! lol

Anyhow.. SO excited about this line and this kit! OH and guess what? watch the video because we also have an exclusive SHe Art Pen Pack from Faber Castell too! with new shades of colors than you can get from the current Design Memory Craft line! Those are also available in the store.. I have listed the entire She Art Line in it's own Category in the store under my name.. Christy tomlinson Designs (where you can find all of my products including the my stamps as well)  So look for that NOW! wahoo!

So here is the project I made using this month's kit and you are going to die at out easy this was.. TRULY how easy..

ALL of these shapes are included in the die-cut bits and pieces pack from my new line! so you can just decopauge.. shade, texture and walla!

Anyhow.. can't wait to show you the video!

Awesome Christy....I'm a fairly new follower so didn't know there was a monthly mixed media kit until I watched the video. So I created my own version (2 actually) by making the flowers and house from scrapbook paper. I also used tissue paper for the background and just love it. You can check out my version on my blog.

Christy....amazing as always. I am loving the current class I am enrolled in and was wondering if I can still do The 12 Artsy Ornaments of Christmas... a five day mini workshop!
I am SO busy at Christmas that classes are not an option and I missed the one in 2011. I REALLY want to take it.
PLEASE ADVISE. It would mean so much to do this while it was NOT Christmas so I could really take my time and enjoy.

what size canvas are you using?? I just did mine on a 12x12. Since my house was "lost" I added both houses on it, were those line rub ons in the kit?? I did not have them in my kit

Those Faber Castells are sold out already! Ugh, I must have been living under a rock for the last week (well I have had my nose buried in a book for days!! lol) I need those, and more doodle pens :( Not to mention I really need to get some of those doodle rubons and your stamps lol Once you get stocked I'll be placing an order!
